Rates

My fee is $150 per 50 minute therapy or coaching session.

Small ADHD groups are offered at $75/weekly session for a 6 week program. 

While, individual coaching and groups are not eligible for insurance coverage or reimbursement, individual therapy may be as outlined below. 

Insurance and Out of Network Benefits

If I am in network with your insurance depends on both the state you live in and your specific insurance. I am in network with the following:

Missouri- Aetna & Quest Behavioral Health

Colorado-Aetna & Quest Behavioral Health

Alabama-Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, & United

I am considered an “Out of Network” provider with all other insurance. 

Many people find costs of therapy are similar between in and out of network providers. While payment is due in full at the time of service (unless your plan is one of the in network plans listed above), I can provide you the necessary documentation to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. Depending on your specific plan’s out of network benefits, the insurance company will then send a check directly to you to cover the portion of costs eligible for reimbursement. Submitting documentation of services can also be a beneficial option for paying down high deductible plans while receiving needed therapy.

Plans vary greatly, so please check with your insurer to avoid any surprises!

I accept cash, HSA, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
